Hey everybody!! They're letting me send an email out tonight to my family and so this is why I'm emailing you guys right now!! Promise I'm not breaking rules hahah! My first full day in ohio was crazy!! Before I say anything I want to talk about a conversation me and my seminary teacher had. She asked me what my dream mission was and I told her that a service mission sounded kind of cool to me and I'd love to do something like that where I am just able to serve people. To my surprise me and my trainers are the housing elders of the OCM!! I'm not really going to go in depth cause all I know about it is that we take people things they need throughout the whole mission and we also still teach people. So kinda crazy that I'm almost in a way serving a service mission hahah! My comp is elder jessen and he is from cedar city. Me and him have gotten along pretty well so far and I can't wait to learn more about him and become better friends. Another plus about being the housing elders is we are the only people that get to drive a truck everyone else has equinoxs hahah.
Let me tell you about ohio now. It is SO pretty out here! Utah Is a freaking desert holy crap. I'm straight up getting Tahiti vibes when we are driving. Without the mountains and ocean of course hahah. But it's so green and there are so many trees and it is so so green. The only downside so far is the humidity. That stuff is killer. I walk outside and in five minutes I'm already sweating. My p day is monday and when It is a transfer week p days are wednesday. So every 6 weeks p day will be wednesday. I've already been put into the loop about basketball every Tuesday and Thursday so I cant wait to ball on these goons. Also one thing that is already on my nerves is everyone in my mission says lit after almost everything. I really hope i don't pick that up while I'm here hahah. Other than that I am loving it so much!! Can't wait to talk to you guys on Monday!! Love and miss you all so much!!
P.S. I can still read emails when it's not p day so feel free to email me or send me something on hangouts and I'll read it when I can and I'll send something back on monday!!
